Makoto Kowata and her cat Chito are an apprentice Witch. Together they take flight with their Stick Broom to the assign place for her Witch Test Aomori, where her cousin live there. It's a story base on Spice Of Life where we see characters doing their daily live activities and some random stuff they do. Flying Witch created by Chihiro Ishizuka.
